    Inspired by the city’s landscape, the building is divided into two wings, facilitating easy movement and providing panoramic views. Users have flexible working options, with shared and private areas available day and night.
    Generous grid of columns and partitions, allowing for easy reconfiguration of spaces according to evolving requirements. Such adaptability enables the facility to effectively cater to a wide range of activities and events, ensuring the optimal utilization of the available space.
    Materials like exposed concrete and aluminum ensure durability and efficiency, supporting a contemporary aesthetic while reducing environmental impact.
